I've seen it @ MBK for about $600USD...
Cingular is offering it for $500USD, but they give you an additional $100USD off if you're a new customer (total is $400USD).
It is unlocked (to foreign sim cards) and I've used mine (from cingular) in BKK a few weeks ago, worked like a charm with prepaid sim cards. no problems.

Wait 6 months, pick it up at US carriers for $199 or less.
Though, stay away from Motorola - generally, bad engineering (firmware and feature wise) if you want to do anything beyond placing phone calls.

16000 baht. There is a bug in the software if u use o/s thailand but it can be fixed quite easily....via the software CD they provide. Still more expensive o/s Thailand.
