When I departed BKK last february I saw some Oakleys in departures but I didn't buy them because they were still nearly 7000 with the10% discount card. However I still fancy them. When I arrive in November (assuming they still have them) can I go upstairs and buy them without having a boarding card? I may need cash as passport and boarding card are required for C/Cs
