Hi... I would appreciate some help to find some bedclothes (sheets, quilt covers etc) in thai silk. Where is the best place to buy and what do I have to pay for it Thx in advance Kimson

Jim Thompson is the big "name" in Thailand for silk. Their stuff is pretty pricey, but I don't buy silk back home so couldn't tell you how the prices compare. There may be better bargains to be had. Maybe take your own patterns, buy some silk and get stuff made? There is a Jim Thompson web site but it's not really funtional yet.

small shops on phetburi soi 7 or the other soi across is where I found the best deal on a cotton sheet set for a queen size bed. If you're lazy and would spend a couple extra hundred baht just go to tesco/lotus.
