As I mentioned in detail in another post, there's a very large sports store in Bangna, only a few minutes away by taxi/tuk tuk from the On Nut BTS Station.
Facing Seacon Square Mall it's about a kilometer to the right. Anything you could possibly want is there.
Seacon Square is huge and worth a visit also, as are a few other Bangna spots, especially the parks. Pleasant waterside restaurant just to the immediate right of Seacon.

not sure what you are looking for in sports, but if you want general sports equipment cheap... cheaper than Central products and other department stores there is FBT.
or if your looking to sponsor a local sports team. 5555
they sponsor a lot of the Thai and Asian sports teams in the area, providing equipment and sportswear. you can find their main shopping outlet in Ramkhamhaeng, over near the Huamark National Sports Complex, its more than a couple floors of equipment, sportswear and offices.

Sounds like you would have better luck trying Bumrungrad hospital, or a hospital that has a specialty department in sports injury therapy.
Or contact the coach or sports doctor of some local sports team.
So - there really is a "Broken Leg".
