Just broke my glasses in half, nose piece snapped into, need new ones. Anyone have a suggestion for a good optical shop. Need BiFocal lenses and new frame. Live near Soi 11.

Most all are good, just look for the ones with 2 for 1 ads right now during the rains. The sales should last about another month.

A good baseline as to the quality of the shop would be if when you are looking at the glasses they take the PD measurement. The one pair of glasses I've had made in Thailand they didn't bother with this, and with wear I found the glasses kind of annoying.

I don't think there's a shortage of optical stores in Thailand - just look for a 7/11, and you should find 2-3 Charoen Optical or beautiful Optical stores around them. They travel in packs.

Was not too sure about which Optical Shop to go to, there are 2 Charoen Optical Stores just around the corner from my condo. Maybe will try them. Thanks for your reply.
