Mr Joe Wood mentioned the monger's phrase list, in the Ida massage thread, and I thought perhaps we could compile a list of phrases that you'd like to know, and we could compile the translations, then have them all written in Thai with the English transcriptions and presented in a PDF file or any other useful format. Here's Joe's list:
Otherwise, arm yourself with the usual monger Thai dictionary that has the necessary phrases like :
Please lift your leg onto my shoulder.
I am sorry.
It is my mistake.
I could not see my way in, in the dark.
Do you like that ?
and simple things like :
You can suck me now.
That is incredible.
Can you take it a little deeper ?
Thank you very much.
Can I do that again please ?

Here's what I would say in these situations, and probably have said!... (my transiliterations after the seajohn system which I hope one day expands into common usage). The phrases below are not simply textbook translations but try to reflect the intention of the speaker in that context, to be more realistic and effective.
1. Yok ka noi, wang bon ray ni na!... ja! ja! dee mahk ja!... (followed by harder to translate noises and encouraging sounds of adoration and encouragement).
2. Kor toht na khrap
3. Bpen kwam pit korng pee ang (#2 above is probably sufficient though)
4. Meud mahk loey, gor mai dai hen tang kao ma yangai
5. Chorp mai?... (or sweeter, Chorp mai ja?)
Joe's Simpler Things.
6. Om noi
7. Sud yod loey!
8. Loek (pronounced like look) koun dai mai?
9. Khap khun mahk mahk na (I'm using a more intimate form here; you can be more formal with khrap instead of na or even use together ----- na khrap is good too).
10. Yak tum eek na, dai mai na?
Number 8 can be tricky unless you've got a handle on Thai vowels. You may accidentally ask her to stand up instead. What I sometimes do is set a good foundation for a difficult pronunication area, such as in that situation I might say "I like it deep very much" (Chorp loek mahk loey) first so that the difficult combo is in context and instructions can be more clearly followed.
