yup another sms : My Pi Bah - Pi Kah Hang -Pi Pob 
Thats a direct coppy of the sms I just recieved from her, she is having great joy in tormenting me, not that I mind as I love her.
Ok guys we know Pi Pob - Pi Bah, what about Pi Kah Hang ( her spelling on sms )
over to you as Ive never heard her say this in the 4 years Ive been with her.

Well, I do think we can assume that Pi in this Pi Kah Hang means ghost this time, as in the other messages, since that seems to be the leitmotif of her messages for you.
But honestly I don't know or can't remember the Kah Hang part, so I'll have to research this one (since I don't immediately recognize what it symbolizes in Thai, there are a lot of pronunciation possibilities with the Hang part especially) and get back to you.
Like to see what some of our other intrepid and cunning linguists come up with.

I have a suspicion about it. But, as I say, I need to look into it a bit further first. Because, if it is what I think it just might be, it would reflect a bit of a strange deviation from her normal transliteration style. I will return.

I think you are correct. You know, Thai are a bit lazy in their speech and often omit the ร (ror reua) in pronunciation after a consonant and before that short vowel (ะ), but I am a little surprised she didn't include it in her writing, since it is there and that would follow her normal pattern, not to mention the pattern of transliteration she was taught in school.
But anyway, I'd say that's it. That would fall in line with the other things she's written him, which are supposed to be humorous. This one could especially be funny, because the pi gra hung (or however we want to spell it) is a strange ghost indeed.
It flies around flapping big round trays in its hands for wings--the kind of trays Thai use to dry out chillies and things on. It also rides on a big old fashioned wooden rice pounder between its legs. I guess it steals these preferred methods of locomotion. It's strange, but it's evil.

Just spoke to her this morning and again she was laughing about how I knew what it meant, I asked did it mean " flying evil ghost thats a bit crazy ?"
She was laughing that much she nearly was having kittens
Then she asked how I found out what she was saying, I replied that my Pi Pob mates inside the computer were telling me, she laughed even harder at that saying I have ghosts in my PC
