Ok. Maybe this is what you are looking for. My friend purchased this book in Thailand. Most of the book is in Thai but there are English letters along with the Thai version of the same letter.

ISBN is 974-7042-04-5

The book is pink with and is titled:

Handbook of English Love Letters

I found nothing on Amazon searching by ISBN. The publisher is D.K. Today Co., LTD

He paid 110 baht for the book and I'm pretty sure that was at a used book store.

He also has another book which is letters back and forth between thai girls and western men. I will post that information in case anyone would like to read that book.
