Otherwise this cafe by the alliance francaise ain't bad but heard the french high school moved out of the premises so it might be rather tame nowadays.
There used to be a hot looking french girl working at the reception, tall, very slim and very big tits, bad complexion and a bit too tanned but still hot. Chatted her up once in Crepes and Cos but TGF quickly came back from toilets. Love story then ended abruptly.
Anyone knows that bird??

Subsidises at least. My daughter was enrolled by my Ex in an alliance francais center in Pasadena. When I checked it out I found that the building, equipment, and administrative costs were paid by the French government, class fees went directly to the instructor.
The Brits do the same with the British Council. I have been to the British Council offices in HK and Singapore an have see class schedules for English Language, English Literature, and English Culture classes.
It seem to me that the USIA also did the same working out of the US Embassies around the world.
