Dr Love gives some good translations. I myself would say,
Paeng bai nit neung na khrap. Lot noi, dai mai?
which is full of a lot of polite "softeners' to make it sweeter and hopefully achieve the bargainer's end. Or the bargainee's hindend, depending on what you're bargaining for! For the second stage, if it must come to that, you might say,
Lot eek noi na, dai mai?
which means Can you reduce the price even further? Usually not necessary.

Fortunately or unfortunately I began learning and practicing Thai in an outer suburb of BKK and from,,,,, ahhh lets say "people that where not respected professionals", so along the way I have learnt perhaps "harsher words" that I now try to curb.
Khun daag suay is these days replaced with khun toot suay etc etc.
Its all my wifes fault,, she refuses to teach me Thai as she feels it will help me find more Mia nois,,LOL.
Mai pen rai khrub. Phom phuut phassa Thai ngu ngu pla pla.

If you don't like bargaining I think the approach taken by CG is correct - make her an offer than you are happy with - you tell her the price. Take it or leave it.
Personally I always enjoyed the negotiation stage and found this a good indicator of future intentions and performance...If the girl's price indicated she thought her privates were made of gold, I'd give a surprised look and say something like "Ahhh...Khun khit wa phom bpen kon American chai mai khap? Khon American ruay maak maak.
(Roughly - Ahhh..you think I am a rich American?) Sad shake of the head. "Phom bpen kon (other nationality). Mai ruay." Roughly -"I am from (where-ever) and not rich".
If she just smiled or laughed I'd get around to making her a counter offer - if she got attitude it was time for us both to look elsewhere.
In some bars it seems the high price star-fish ST specialists have first crack at you - I'd always try to get past them and to the girls who are more fun and not as money hungry. Enjoy.
