Note I wrote "sisek" (tits), not "siski" (tits).
Because I've translated "The size of tits is not important to me".
"Tits" in genitive case = "sisek".
The phrase I wrote in Russian is translated back to English as
"The size of the tits is not important to me. Primary are the big nipples.I like sucking on big nipples."
If I translate your original sentence straight literally, the phrase in Russian would be =
"Mnye vsyo ravno bol'shie li siski, esli ooh tebya bol'shie soski. Ya lyublyu sosat' bol'shie soski. ".
