Oh, Jerkyl, what’s the “e” at the end of the phrase “Neung ChooaMonge” for”?

that's the make the long O sound in monge, smart guy

upon rereading your retarded musings, I see that not only would the R in your arse prove elusive; you clearly haven't a clue as to what would constitute a "long O".

Examples of the long O sound can be found in words like lonely, coke, rodent, stove -- that is to say, in none of the English-language words which actually rhyme with the distinctly short-vowelled Thai word "mong" ("time" ), e.g. schlong, dong, prong, and suchlike homonyms that traditionally serve as family honorifics in the Jerkyl clan.

you are SO wrong, Monge is spelled in Thai with Sara O, making it a long O sound, like in your examples above, stove | coke
If it was a short O sound, it would mean to Look, Mong

moron, read it and weep -- or go get a Websters, simp:

a long O vowel sound appears in the examples i've already given, and in a word like BLOW -- as in your personality, blowhard.

does the O in the Thai word "mong", meaning "time"/"hour", sound like the O in the English word "blow"?

no: the mong in "chua mong" rhymes with English words containing the short O vowel sound, like song, long, and wrong -- which you consistently insistent on being.

just try it once more: does the Thai word "mong" sound like

1] song, long, or dong (all short O words)

or

2] coke, smoke, bloke (all long O words) ?

say it out loud.

does mong sound like the Thai word for luck, "choke", or world/"loke", or life/"yoke", all of which have rather obvious long O sounds? no (with a long O.)

the Thai tonal difference between those three words and the word "mong"/time alters the way the length of that is enunciated. in actual use, the words for look and time in Thai have an almost indentical pronunciation, and neither has a truly long O vowel ***as it is spoken in English***.

mong nee -- look here

kee mong -- what time

in practice, the two are awfully close, and every Thai I know pronounces mong/time as if it has a short vowel sound. perhaps that's a degradation of the language, but it's also the reality.

as Homer Simpson would say, Doh! -- with a long O.

"tup sup", anyone?

wow, you really don't like being called out as wrong, but you are

monge should be pronounced with a long O as in moan

like you are doing right now, moaning because you are incorrect, and I called you on it

get over yourself

goodbye

all those little faces are so cute; reminds me of the way children and imbeciles use crayons -- and in the absence of crayons, their own feces -- to draw pictures, unable as they are to employ the finer points of language to communicate.

hmm...perhaps there's a parallel here...

it's all rather simple, really: you are deaf as well as dumb, dribble glass.

p.s. speaking of faces, maybe you ought to go back to telling us all how the "nar" in "nargliat" really means "face"...
