As for it making it easier for BG to get a regular job if she learns english. I don't think so. It seems as thought there is discrimination against girls from issan and lao. Where many BG come from. Seem that most thais can tell right away where they came from by their accent.

forgive me if I'm repeating a previous post/view on this, but :
Having a BG trained in English is a f'in waste of time/money. If it need be done, it should be done by her lover, you...
As a matter of fact, you can lose your BG/TG to the teacher. Thais as well as the Japanese hold a high regard for their teachers and it's like being a groupie to them...
I've known heaps of guys who ball their young students based on this simple weakness/advantage...
I've known a few guys who spoke in pidgeon English to their lovers and it just makes them sound stupid.
Say everything as you would normally say it, and if there's a worry, translate to Pidgeon or at worst find a person who speaks Thai and English to translate...
From my experience you just have to leave out the articles. For instance,
After the beach, where will you go ??
becomes ":
after beach, you go where ??
