Hey China Sailor, What a f_cking asshole you are. what do you think learning a language is? You start out with some phrases and pick up vocabulary and grammar as you go. To call me lazy without knowing a bit about me further solidifies you complete asshole status.
I have gotten a few Thai language CDs and learned some, but wanted to get a specific answer to some phrases here. That is the point of this section isn't it? If you have any questions about molecular biology or Dentistry, I'll be happy to answer those for you.
I also notice you didn't answer my question so I guess you didn't know how to say those things either Mr Big Shot.

Hey there Bok Hah, and others,
In my pique of disdain for China Sailor (AKA Dick Gargler) I didn't take the opportunity to say my "Thank You's to all the members who were gracious enough to give me the help I asked for. In my previous post to my esteemed collegue CS, I tried to refrain form jumping to conclusions about him that aren't wareented by my lack of knowledge about him in real life. If I had done so I would have postulated about his lack of self esteem that drives his seeming need to belittle others and their efforts. I might have hypothesized that maybe he didn't get the love he needed as a child or maybe was molested by a male family member at a young age. But this is only conjecture with no basis in fact, so I didn't want to say anything like this.
But on the Thai language issue, I have to say that the Pages on here have helped me to be able to hold simple conversations with the Thais I have met, and have been often called Paak Waan ( sweet mouth) by the girls. So I'm grateful for the knowledge that is here for me. I have been in Samui for one week and now in BKK for one more. I'll write some reports when I return.
