me ru laew --I don't know already or anymore in this case sounds better for English. In Thai slang "mai" the negative is often pronounced like "mi", or as she wrote "me".
my pi pob--she mis-typed, my to mean mee, "to have" or also "there is/there are"
pi pob--as Dr Love pointed out, a kind of ghost
gown teen--rude slang meaning, to bother someone (actually pronounced more like goowan teen, but she's doing her best). Yes, it is associated with the foot, and could probably be rendered "to disturb someone with one's foot", which yes would make someone an asshole if they did that. However it is not a noun, but a verb.
You have to remember that she has a history of calling him a ghost or monster, so the pi is not pi as in senior; it's the word for ghost.
