Is this the Thai girl method of saying thank you, or until we meet again, or what ?

"Good heart" is quite a rough translation of the thai sentece "jai dee" which has at least a dozen of different meanings!
Basically, TGs refer to a jai dee person when they want to emphasize his good feelings for he is "taking good care" of them.
In other ways it could also mean "you are a generous person" in terms of feelings or money!
IMHO, when a TG comes out with these words, just put on a nice smile on your face......remember, a smile in thailand has 1000 different meanings....just another way to play by the rules and play save!

"jai dee" -- lit. good heart, means generous. That's the optimistic point of view.
It could also mean you are a walking ATM.

More likely it means: I think you are a sucker who likes and falls for this silly things, so I will say them to you.
