Holyman: Check out Siam Commercial Bank's site, http://www.scb.co.th/index-exchange.htm Look at the Bank Buying Rate, Export Sight Bill (Cash) or T/Chqs. The rates will go up and down and will differ from bank to bank but generally around the same amount. currently, it is 42.01 to 1 US$.

Holyman ? Deleted member,, the exchange rate would vary depending on if you are talking Fijian dollars,, Singapore dollars, new zealand dollars, Australian dollars or many of the other insignificant currencies such as US$.

Hi, Deleted Member, I'm an expert in foreign currencies, so I thought I could help here. Sorry it took me just under 4 years to reply, but it took me a little while to understand that it matters which kind of dollars you have.
I got some information from http://www.oanda.com on the value in Thai Baht of dollars. They recommend bringing the top 1 or 2 dollars from the list below to Thailand. The others (in the Zimbabwe dollar group) are worthless, err I meant to say worth less.
