MainMoney Matters – buying condo for TGF All Topics

I want to buy not very expensive condo for my girl friend. So I don't really care about ownership.
It can be bought under my name, her name, or joint name.

The only problem is that I can't afford to pay the full price right now. I need to borrow at least 50% of condo price from bank if I want to buy it now.

My girl friend has no job right now. So I don't think she can't get mortgage from bank even if I give her enough money to pay deposit.

Would it possible to get mortgage from Thai bank if I try to buy condo under my name or joint name with her?

I would say - lease the condo, get a few girls to offer jacuzzi sandwhitch - 40% to them 60 % you, when you have saved the 50% ( mind you that is 50% out of a different number than the 40% and the 60% which are out of the same number, but a different one, if you see what I mean).

From the above you can gather that you do not need to hire an accountant, just make sure the girls have enough customers.

THEN you buy the condo.

I found that foreigners can't get a mortgage from thai bank and buying condo doesn't seem a good investment.

I'll just rent an apartment for now. It's cheaper than paying for hotel.

Hi ya I will help out here and not try to shag your girl mate.

I am British, and I have a mortgage on my house in Rawai Phuket.

If you are farrang you need a Thai company, a good salary and the house needs to be worth more than the mortgage.
My house cost 1.75 mill, I put down 175,000 deposit and the bank stumped up 1.6 mill. By the way the house was valued in December at 3 mill, so I have a nice big smile right now.
I got mine with SCB and it was a piece of piss mate, just excersise your writing hand as you have to sign 10 million times
