There is a Fullservice American Express Office offering all banking services in BKK. Ask your hotel for directions, I don't remember where it is.

Buck is right. The one thing missing from Kamasutra's address is that the office is next to the BTS station of Ari.
If you are riding coming from On Nut towards Mo Chit, get off in Ari, take exit 4 and walk a few meters more in direction to Mo Chit. The building will be to your right and the office is in the lobby to the left.
