I have done a little research on this subject mostly from instruction schools and related webs. Could someone contribute as far as school conditions, salary, contracts, requirements,etc. Can one find work with a fresh TEFL/TESOL certificate? Any info or leads/links would be appreciated.

I can reccomend the Text and Talk School in Pattaya. Excellent teacher and good course materials. The teacher warned us about the hassles of getting paid from small Thai owned schools. One excuse after another. Many jobs are available in rural Thailand.
