must admit I thought the same, a rate I saw last night for US$ was 41.5, so at that they would have to be giving 45.5 to 47.5, can't see that, especially from a general.

My regular place is VASU that is located in soi 7.
It is a travel agency but on the back side I don't know it is illegal or legal business but they do exchange your money.
Usually many peopel are in quete to wait for their turn and very safe.
So far, I have seen euro, us dollars, and korean won exchanged and only cash accepted.
It offers the best exchange rate that I have ever seen in BKK.
