Word to the wise, though - DON'T count on using the standard Belize bank - Provident. Caribbean efficiency at its worst, in my experience.
After a couple of times through the meat grinder, I have found the best way to get yourself set up is to work in reverse - work on the bank account (and associated Visa card!) first.
Find out what your preferred bank requires in terms of documentation, and order that with the company formation. I required a "Certificate of Incumbancy" with the bank I chose. Took a while, but I now have a company in one tax haven, and a bank account in a more developed tax haven.
