The scales look pretty accurate to me and keep in mind that these mid-range average wages are probably not indicative of first year or starting wages - which is what a young girl would be on.
Example
Office staff - 15,222 - the wife was on that only after nearly 6 years with a well paying foreign company, and the younger sister-in-law has just started on around 9k a month as a first year in an accounting/book-keeping role.
My regular from Soi Cowboy a few years back still had her sales girl photo id from her previous job at Robinsons - where her salary had been around 6k a month then.
Like thaiaficionado I am amazed that they can live on the wages they make - it takes constant discipline to not overspend when wages are so minimal - and, same as us, they have lapses and end up in debt on the credit card etc. Enjoy.

My office staff start out around 16k. Highest paid earns 35-50k with commission. Most of our staff are happy to earn this sort of money and have no ambition to make any more.
We have had 1 or 2 girls move on to other companies looking for a higher salary but most prefer stability.
Lots if freelancers could make decent money if they managed themselves properly, got a website etc. There are a few pros out there doing well money wise but are probably spending their money unwisely - goes with the lifestyle.
Anybody know of any girls that make a good living out of shagging and own property etc?
My rich Thai mate took me to a Thai club (brothel) 8 years ago on Thonglor. As we drove up through the parking lot he showed me the floor where all the girls parked. Cheapest car was a Civic and there were lots of Benz and BMWs. He reckoned the shag was on a par with cowboy etc but the clients gave the girls awesome tips. Must admit, the girls had a great attitude.
