RBSC would be great for putting it about that you were available, as would Polo Club. The British Club is not what it was for this but is still OK for contacts which may lead to something.
Joining your Chamber of Commerce may yield more contacts.
I know several old sots who say Soi 33 or Cowboy but I have no idea how they manage to get hired from these places. I am totally jiggerred every time I see Roger C get another job in Thailand. He lives in bars and gets managerial jobs on multi million dollar salaries, or so he claims.

Yikes - Based on my behavior in BKK - I would be lucky to get a position as a toilet attendant 
I have checked out numerous sites and there are some promising possibilities - I am being heavily recruited in India due to my outsourcing expertise - however migration does not seem to get as many hits when I search in Thailand.
I am at the infancy stage of my search - being relatively new to Thailand any information is greatly appreciated.
Fortunately/unfortunately my 4 jobs in a 20+ year career have been taps on the shoulder as opposed to me having to apply - so I am a bit rusty in the searching aspect. I realize that is will take substantial effort so I am grateful for all the advice.
My contract in India ends Oct - so I have a couple of months to see what options are available elsewhere - not really allot of time - we will see what materializes.

Hey Jack,
Preferably I would like to be based in Thailand - Hong Kong - Singapore. I have several offers on the table for India (Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai) - none of which involve outside travel. It’s almost been a year - amazingly enough I am supporting the lack of westernization partially due to my trips to LOS. I am in no rush to go back to the states – 2 Condo's rented out with LT tenants - no wife/kids.
My expertise is in Sourcing/Migration and Marketing Operations - worked for Providian Financial for 10 years at a senior level.

Actually, calzoid I have hired one Aussie as a contractor. But basically same package, just without the security beyond the contract. And I am out looking for more people with the right skills. But I dont want to get too specific on this board...
The right jobs are hard to find...but the right people are hard to find also
