I am rather stupid I only hang out on BTF.
Where are you going to fit my 250 adds on this site?
I guess this would solve the problem of how to keep the site free

so that guy has 11,500 sites then? and how he knows he gets $350k pm for ever?
$4.2m p.a means a lump somewhere of more than $50m to pay a dividend of 8%p.a?

I thought it was 250 sites? That seemed fairly clear to me but like I said I am stupid so maybe I am wrong?
