this is what it is costing me for june this year
£409 for flight qatar airways
650baht for a room poolside 17days
plus £1500 spending money
that for food drink and buying goodies to take back and seel and make money to pay for the next trip,i leave all my stuff I use for the next trip at the hotel no charge for storage of the hotel either,

i live on 3500 a day take it out at about 7pm at night go out then live off what is left in the morning on average I spend about 2000 a night which I do not think is to bad buy the odd drink for my g/f friends and some food aswell.but some nights I take more if we fancy going out for a meak before hitting the bars.
as for the bag the hotel store the bag for till I return every 6 months.

oh a friend of mine got a hotel for 450 a night with air con and a pool aswell in the hotel.ok it was not a top hotel but it was good enogh for what he needed plus he had a big frigde in the room.
after he paid for his hotel up front he lived on £2000 for 3 months.but he does not drink and has a girl who does not mind staying in some night and going to see films now again.so it is possible to survive on less if u do not go silly when there.
he is off back the end of march for another 3 months but hes off up to his g/f place in udan.so it will cost even less

Just in my case:
I usually spend between 8k-15k bahts/day when in BKK
and between 5k-10k elsewhere in the country.
It includes:
- hotel or serviced apartments
- food
-drinks (not a heavy alcohol drinker)
- tg
- taxis fares etc....

Stephane,, I am a heavy drinker and still spend a lot less than you,,,,,I wonder how?
I usually stay in 1,000 - 1,400 BHt hotels, never pay over 2,500 BHT L/T,, food is so cheap it doesn't count.

My next trip in June is costing.
Flights = free (work pays)
Hotel = 3990 a night I think it was, something like that anyway.
Allow 10,000 a day to play with.
Everything else is just memories
