This thread is a little old but planning another trip in jan04.
Was thinking how much money should I bring the next time I visit BKK.
This is how I spent the first time I visited
Girls===>7500
Shopping ===>19000
Food&Drinks===>7000
Conveyence===>2000
Hotel===>11000
Air Fare===>15000
You see that I spent a total of 61500 THB and this is too for only a seven day period and I came alone. Stayed at the Ambassador on sukhumvit. Now the second time I am comming alone and have the same budget.
Just want some info how to have a great time. within the same or a lesser amount of money.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with aircrest. It's always nice to buy some gifts, but I'd really cut back on your shopping. I hope that's not all on gifts for the girls =D

Seriously, you might consider spending less on the hotel if money is limited. There are many good hotels at half the price suggested by your post.

Now I have made a plan and this is how i think that i would be spending my money
Room===>11000
Girls===>14000
Food&Dirink===>7000
Conveyence===>2000
Airfare===>14800
Shopping===>15000
This comes to a total of 64000 Bhats. But I think that i can still reduce the room expenditure and the shopping as you bros suggested and increase the girls budget.
What do u ppl think??
