Prison sentences handed down to Lebanese-Australian Muslims for the Sydney gang rapes were excessive and influenced by the September 11, 2001 attacks in the USA.....Western people, especially the English race, are the biggest liars and oppressors" Of course he has a strong following especially around that shire, true blue place called Lakemba in suburban Sydney. Or maybe not 555 lol. This geezer cracks me up, I hope the Aus government will let run his road show a little bit longer. He's a source of continued amusement.
On a more serious note, Barrafish, Catholics have been at war with Muslims for millenniums and not just now. This is one of the recurrent phases of history, but then again you have been in this world for 5 minutes so that would be beyond your comprehension. Up to 4,000 involved at one stage. 9 KIA to this day, 7 of them in hostile engagements. Small numbers if you compare with the US of course, but much bigger than the somewhat symbolic engagement of Australia up to now.

Now seriously, muslims in Europe: yes, it's an issue, a complex one which goes much further than the simplistic christian vs muslim war of civilization, one which has to be taken seriously and, at least in the case of France, with use of lethal force when and where necessary. But this is not going to be solved in Irak.
