guys, the best card for anyhting when you are traveling is a platinum from Amex. I have been in some shithole places and in a phone call I get what I need. I never use ATM cards, I come to LOS with cash, then deposit soem of it in my girls account for emergency access. I leave photocopies of all my crads back home with someone that can work for me within a phone call call. I always felt ATM's were a bad deal. just too many problems everywher ein the world.
