almost totally agree.
on my last trip,one of my regular bars had some really plain women and most of them did not have a man for the 27 days i was there.
in fact i was the main provider of income into the bar for the 27 days.
the girls with money would look after the one's without.

Would you agree more with me if I has said in Bangkok, I think that a working female makes more in a month then a person working a 9 to 5 job??
And .... that buddy system can work for the females, but against the males. What I mean by this is that then the females that do have business might ask either for more money or ask you to help out their friends?? Just a thought??

Two B/G both speak good english from different beer bars in Pattaya told me the same thing, salery around 2000 to 2500 per month. They got 25% of the barfine and 50% of the ladydrink. If they hit a quota each month they got bonus. Mamsan's have lots of mickey mouse rules to deduct money from their wages.

oh yes i agree that an average shopworker will earn much less then the typical BG.
my friends who worked in the go-go's earned at least 5000 as salary and then made more money on the LD's,BF's and of course the fee from the man.
but the girls in the particular bar beer i,m talking about were not paid at all unless they got İa LD or were BF'd.
life can be hard.
accomodation was free,but that was all.
the girls who get taken might well ask for more,but they know my rates and know i am generous.
i was never asked to help any of the other girls out with money,not even about buying them a drink.
was never hassled in that way at all.
when the girls helped out the less unfortunate one's,it was in the way of food and drink and the requirements we all needd.
of course i am only talking about bars where i know the system.
not saying they are all like this.
i know many girls who are/were popular and earnt A LOT each week.
they would only go S/T and would go 4-5 times a day.
