My rule of sponsoring that I have surmised with my experience and experience of others is:
1. You MUST be in Thailand, otherwise it is just too easy for a girl to be with other guys in many cases because of sheer boredom unless she does not like sex in the first place then the qeustion is: Why are you sponsoring her in the first place?
2. Exceptions to rule #1 can be made if the girl is past her shelf life and the risk of losing you ( "The sponsor" ) is too high.
The best candidates for sponsoree's would be girls in the rule #2 category (But why would you?) and fresh girls new to the scene (1>2 months not greater) before they become players.
University students are good candidates and if they are living with Mom and Dad you really should not give them any money. It makes them feel like P4P girls. They do not want to feel like P4P girls they want to be rebelious against Mom and Dad and are farang curious. Most will also have a Thai BF. They are more interested in stuff like new cell phones, designer clothes, nice perfume & make-up so they can compete with the Hi-so students. Better to take them shopping.
Other than that the probablity of success is very small, you are simply a customer with preferred status, sorta of like one of those Thailand Elite Card members.

I do recall ONCE in 10 years of checking, finding a sponsered TG back in the village making silk as she was supposed to be... the others, BGs,Uni Students, Divorcee's,Office workers the lot... all thought it was prudent to take on an additional sponser if one came along.... just in case

Esquire H assuming such a specimen is presented by you I put it to you the story of the TG would not be believed by said pig.
