If it helps for later, I would like to point out that your first question in this post, "CAN YOU READ?" becomes ironic and is not going to be very convincing to your readers considering the appalling writing that comes after. How could you let this happen?

Thaidup----It's a military bank. Actually I just checked and the $599 charge has now been increased to $604. I called the bank and they said the increase in the amount was because mastercard puts a 1% surcharge on my atm transactions. To circumvent this they are sending me a maestro card which does not have a mastercard logo but is still hooked up to my checking/savings accounts. Hopefully it works and I won't have to fork over any more cash to these damn banks for finance charges!!!
