the point is dafty, that in my opinion whilst being fed head has got to be one of the most difficult jobs on earth far from being the world's greatest ever central banker, Greenspan was responsible for many decisions that significantly contributed to the present situation. Through the dot com bubble which allowed clinton to miraculously balance the books, to the low interest rate credit boom and failure to understand the sub prime risk and actual encouragement of it as well as the exotic credit investment vehicles that fed of it.
It can all be found on google, both support for and against him, (you can even find copies of all his speeches and Q and A sessions!). Google being the thing you like to belittle forum members for not using
So take your own advice, find it, read it, understand it and make some informed opinions instead of the mindnumbing drivel you normally come out with that is about as much fun to read as a ten year stretch in guantanomo bay.
