... just to perhaps balance the equation a Tad, in the last couple of months, Ive checked on 2 Sukhumvit condo's in the 5 mil baht + range signed over, gone, donated, to the TG, also 3 Mil sent to complete the Mansion in Pattaya, still a vacant lot, etc etc, and in each case the guy concerned was a successful "Farang" businessman, and some of the TG's had left school at 12 ..... not just the Thais that burn their money !! - however we all know that on the 1st of the month, all MPs, karaoke bars etc. will be full of Thais -

That's why I'm definitely going out tomorrow night before everyone gets paid. Crowded clubs and overworked girls suck (and are sometimes too tired to!).

the usual thai mentality would be to burn it in about a week latest! so you should be allright again from the 5th something onwards. but mind you some companies have two paydays a month because of this mentality. so you also find it a bit more tough on the days around the 15th of each month!

apart from those with an endless supply of baht, like P'ripper 555 ! I doubt most can last that long Griffin! Think normally they will be paid today, as the 1st is a weekend, so figure joints to be packed for the next 3 days, back to normal by about tuesday !! Of course the TGs are always out, [ well the good looking ones ] like P'ripper, they seem to have an endless supply of funds .... why is that ?

Hmm. Ý One, (now I don't mean this in a racist tone... those of you who know me should know this), I grew up with a lot of Chinese and Jewish friends. Ý ÝSo I'm a baht-pincher. ÝHow many of you guys could live here AND have the discipline to spend ONLY $800 a month on entertainment? Two, I'm the boss, so pay day is everyday. Ý 
But back to the crowd thing.... yeah, it's only crowded towards the beginning of the month. ÝTapering down to mid month (but yes, beware that second payday too). Ý
In the end.... it usually only sucks (crowd wise) if it's then end of the month (or mid month payday) AND a weekend. Ý Of course Monday-Thursday, fewer will be out because they have to work. Ý Ý

Mm...alright...how much would it cost for someone to take a bargirl or MP girl from her ..."employer", and bring her to the US? Are there any serious issues, such as US customs/citizenship issues?
