Any information or facts?
I may have misunderstood a BG regular of mine but I would be interested to know if some of the girls ( the top earners/ most clients per month)get a retainer type payment from their bar
I thought she told me her bar pays her 20k tbht a month just for working there, but looking at the ratio of wages for falang office types I think I must have misunderstood.
I realise she could quite easily reach this amount from customers , lady drinks etc.
I have been told by some BGs that their %cut from the ladydrinks are higher than others etc, but am interested to know if there is some performance based stucture involved in the scene.

I could believe she clears 20,000 a month, but no way I can see how she gets that just from the bar beer. Maybe 6 or 8 bills if she hits all her quotas, plus a %age of the overs. Max 9 or 10 thousand if she's the alpha wench. Rest must be from customers and she just didn't understand the question.

There tends to be an average, but a 'hello' girl I took out for a late snack the other night from nana, said she was paid 3500b a month, if she got barfined she gets nothing from the first 7 bf's and from the 8th she gets 50b, ladydrinks usually work out at about 30-40% give or take a baht or two.

I think she must of been refering to her average monthly earnings , and more than likely I have misinterpreted it as package deal.
I know she is a hot little number, and would have no trouble reaching 20 k tbht/ month, ( she must be comfortable because she contacts me regularly and hasnt asked for money yet over the last 8 months)

20k for a looker and performer would only be chicken feed. I know of 2 girls in phuket that speak Japanese and average around 150k and more a month. Some massage girls also are averaging 100-150k a month, so really 20 is minimal.

In Bamboo Bar for instance, the girls get about 6,000 B/month. Drink tips are 30 B + tips shared daily (ranges from 50-100 B, very low these days). This means they would get about 9,000B - 10,000 B without having to go for ST/LT.
As for an MP girl, depending on where they work, they could get a minimum of 50 K per month (or at least that's what one of the MP says in their recruitment ad). 100K + is common.

BG in Pattaya make 2K from beer bars. If girls hit their quota they make bonus. Many Thai owned bars have stopped paying BG a salary due to slow business.
