I use Telesavers every day.From a BT land-line it costs 5p to connect the call,then 1p/min thereafter. (to a mobile in TH)
The sound quality used to be a bit hit and miss,but recently I've noticed a vast improvement.
I have to say,it's got to be the best VFM way of staying in touch.
If you're on Orange,it costs 10p/min. 02 'pay as you go' costs only 2p/min at weekends,or 5p/min (depending on which payg tarrif you're on).
Incidently,if you call Thailand from a BT landline,it won't show up on your itemised bill,only the UK number you've dialled.
Get dialing.

I've called Orange and the access number costs 43p/min to call. Maybe different tariffs, but beware.
After the tsunami I made 5 hours and 38 minutes of calls to Thailand on this number. The total bill was #3.34 (sorry no pounds sign on this PC). Less than a penny a minute all in.
shortest call of 8 seconds was 4.2p

i'll give it a go, now I use nuomi phone cards £5..00 card costs 3 for £10.00.
thai mobile about 90 mins and thai land line a lot can't remember but a lot.

Yeah, different tariff to mine....just beware to check if using it from Orange to check as they vary the charges to this number
