so i have my airfare and will be arriving september 6 I figure to get a hotel for at least the first couple nights. now i know i am foolish. Ýi am the type that will let this girl that i LT six days in a row live with me when i get there. Ýwhat are the prospects of finding apartments mid month? Am i better staying in a hotel until october as a test run with this TG so that if she is making me crazy i can ditch in october without having o actually kick her out some wisdom from the brothers please

Maybe you can call this girl over when you feel the need and still shop around for awhile. Take more time to look around before you move a girl in if that is what you really want to do. Any girl that you move in is going to become extremely possessive so think twice.

I think i may need to get my head on straight. Have only been in thailand for 10 days. Loved it am coming back. moving here. my situation is such that work is not necessary. This chick is smoking i only saw a couple girls in 10 days of intensive bar hopping that i would rather have been with. I realise that variety is the spice of life but I want a girl to be my guide as well as my piece of ass. Every one here seems to be real downers about psychotic thai girls. if you read my field report I definately had an encounter with one. call me hopelessly naive but doesn't anyone have any faith in these TGs. I definately see getting rid of her will be difficult but can't it be worth it. It certainly is cheaper. If she ain't a total money grubber. This one doesn't seem to be . I've done my own calculating and she will run me about 10,000 baht a month plus food and entertainment. If i can pull it off that's better than 12-15 ST. thanks i hope i keep my head on striaght

If you can keep it to B10K a month, no problem, but I doubt that you can.. if she is a top bargirl she is used to far more than that..
Every guy that I have seen that goes to Thailand and falls in love on the first trip gets taken to the cleaners..

My advice: Ýtake it slow. ÝIf you love Thailand, fine, go move there, take some classes to learn the language, but don't have anyone move in with you. ÝGet to know the place, and how it works, what it's rhythms are. ÝWhen you feel like you fit in, then find a nice girl at the mall or someplace besides a bar. ÝTake it slow with her as well. ÝYou'll have a much better feel for the place and how Thai culture works when you aren't thinking with your willy. Ý Maybe go to Stickman.com and read all of the old reader submissions there as well. Ý Just slow the hell down.
