I need to bring 3 cats to Thailand. Has anyone had any experience in this area. Do they sell cat food and cat litter there? These guys are indoor cats.

But if your silly enough to be serious, then yes to all your questions.
From the US I believe you have very little problems for a return to the US if that is on the itinerary.
Bringing animals here is relatively simple. Check with local agency as to permits, vet checks and needles that may be required. After all they let the likes of Swami and his tribe of believers come and go freely without vet checks, your pussies should be treated as VIP's compared.

we do have 11 cats - although just 3 of them stay in the house. You can get most of the stuff at Villa or any other supermarket.
Make sure they have all their vaccine as required and you will not have any problems at customs.

I brought in a cat from Saudi about five years ago. They never even looked at the paperwork or the cat.
Thailand has cat food, cat litter and a lot of other niceties such as sliced bread, Coca Cola and Lay's Potato Chips. I even found Spam one time!

There is Pet food inevery big C or Lotus. They have a huge selection in JJ market every weekend to 50 % off the price off supermarket. Cats no problem I had to smuggel my 2 Rottis in 65 Kg each THAT WAS A PROBLEM

I have 10 local cats, cats have a nasty habit of vanishing here, on average I lose 4 a year. Rat poison and my neighbours cars Ipresume are the two biggest local cat killers.
My parents have one cat in the uk which I plan to move here when they want their freedom.

Near the Food Land (grocery store located approximately across Sukumvit from Emborium, if I don't recall the name correctly) is located a pet shop that carries Science Diet. They always seem to have a supply on hand.

My friend and I brought 2 cats and 1 dog with us from Los Angeles nearly five years ago. Yes there is catfood and cat litter available in several places, including Villa Markets, Lotus, and Carrefore. My friend buys Science Diet cat food (imported from USA) for his cats, but IAMES and local brands are availabe as well. PM me for the number of a good pet supply store that delivers, along with names of English-speaking vets.
