I recently got a charge on my bank ATM statement from UPCA Bank in Thailand..It was a bogus ATM withdrawal (in fact five of them)..not for much$ and my bank credited my account but what is UPCA??? It came like that on my statement...Is there a bank with that name..strange...usually it will have the bank name but this time just said UPCA..
