It's not that easy. The union would probably adopt BOI type zones with Bangkok = Zone 1 and highest prices, and other zones for other areas.
The results would then probably parallel fairly well the present situation, with a bit of cream on top for admin of course, the girls would have to pay dues and baksheesh (this is Thailand) to the shop stewards etc.
Then taxation!
In the end the girls would have less to take home.

JJ, if you would change the term 'union' to 'anarcho-syndicalist commune' I would happily accept the premise and offer some suggestions as to prices.
Doing so would remove all the nasy union implications and also address rami's complaint as no one would be in charge. It would be a massive cluster-f_ck, but accetable for purposes of this thread only.
