How much is enough for a tip? I met a girl at one of the Rainbow bars at Nana, we agreed to 1500bt and went back to my place. She was really sweet and before she left, I gave her 1500 plus I tipped her 500. She gave me this look of disbelief that I couldnt distinguish. Was she giving me the look because it was too little and she expected more or because it was a lot and she wasnt expecting that much? What do you think?

Damn! you overpaid! 
When you have agreed on 1,500B that is all you are expected to pay. The girl must have been confused why you gave her some more. If you want to give her a bit more more for taxi fare, another 100B would suffice.
Well, that was a bonus for her.

As BK said, if you pick up a girl from a beer-bar/go-go bar/Thermae you are NOT expected to pay more than the amount you agreed with the girl AT the bar. Oh damn! Sorry "brothers" the last thing I want to do is drive the price up. This place is truly a man's paradise and I don't want to come back next year and have the prices go up. Actually, she quoted me 2000 bt and I dealt down to 1500, then to be a nice guy I tipped 500 more. Honestly, 500 extra bt is nothing to me, however, I can understand the ramifications of my free spending attitude, so I will curtail my spending for the good of the cause. Sorry guys, I have learned my lesson! Others, please follow my lead!

Regarding this topic of tipping... I heard from this girl that used to work in a normal traditional massage and foot massage parlor in Pattaya. She mentioned that some of the clients tipped as much as 500 B and at times 1000B!!! Amazing!

I was overtipping the girls as well. As a tourist in former years I did so. However, sites like this one are preventing on overtipping and encouraging the brotherhood to fit in certain standards. That's a good approach. If I knew this stuff before I could save several thousands Baht for other expenses (girls/trips,etc)....CHEERS!!!!

When I get that up to you answer, I will usually pay the going rate.
So ... if i've taken a female from a particular club before and know that they normally charge 1,500 bhat, then I will usually say 1,000 baht and then tip 500 at the end. this way she ends up with the same amount.
If I am in a playfull mood, then I will test the waters and say "Free" then and see what her reaction is. But ... even if she gives it for free, I will tip her the going rate at the end. She needs to make money.
And ... no worries about over paying. We've all done it at one time or another.
One things to also keep in mind. Different members have different idea's about what is acceptable to pay for a females time. I think that if you are happy with what you are paying do not worry about what others think.
Now. .... I am not saying you should go around throwing money around or away for that matter. Just that I for one might not mind paying more for a Ýsideline model from Emanuelle that might cost 3,200 per session. Whereas another member might think that paying that much for a session is crazy!!
And tipping is a whole nothing ball game. We've spent many forum topics debating this topic.
The bottom line is:
Tip what you feel comfortable tipping and because you want to. Do not tip because you think you have to.
And use common sense when tipping. Do not give 1,000 baht for a tip when the service cost 500 baht.
