Some soapy reports. Once upon a time, I loved soapy mps. Then, the traffic, the crackdowns and the whole Chuwit thing ruined each of my recent trips that I almost stopped going completely. Then the opening of the new subway. Praise the lord !!! Grottino Residence is a nice little hotel. One of the great advantages is being so close to the subway station. I visited Poseidon first a few nights back. It's great to be going during the "peak hours" and avoid the huge traffic with taxis. I guess the subway destinations are somewhat limited right now (?), so I didn't see too many people using the subway still. One problem I had is that the subway seems to allow you to go through from like exit 1 to 2, or 3 to 4. But not 1 to 4 from outside of the subway like HK. Was it just me being a retard ? Anyway, the Sutthisan stop almost put you on the foot steps of Poseidon. The selection was good around 20:00 on a week night. Everytime before I come to t-town, I always tell myself that I was going to take a sideline/vip girl from the 3rd floor. But each time I go, I see little difference between them and the 2nd floor fishbowl girls. Not from the 3500-5000+ Baht sideliners to the standard 2000 Baht 2nd floor fishbowl girls. Anyway, I took a relatively new girl (3 weeks) from the bowl. I thought she was pretty enough to be a sideliner anyway. Even though she only worked there for 3 weeks, she had a lot of moves for a Thai girl. Her english was very limited so I did not find out where she was working before Poseidon. Had a great session with her and all was great. I took a taxi home and got stuck in traffic. Instead, I told the driver to just drop me off at the subway station in Asoke instead of soi 17.
Today, I had lunch at Landmark hotel and walked from there to Plaza. I realized afterward that subway was again a better route to take. This is my 2nd time to Plaza in total. I'm still not exactly sure where all of these different entrances are for the different MPs. First time, I went to Cupidy. They told me that it was too early and that there was nobody upstairs. The girls there was good enough to me and I just selected from there. This time, the selection was pretty good too. But I wanted to check out the other MPs. Papasan told me to take elvator to 3rd floor. I didn't see any elvator, just stairs. Got to the 2nd floor and walked in. The few selection available was pretty good. I inquire about the 6th floor and they told me those girls are here (2nd fl) right now and will go there after 18:00. I choose one of them and the session was good. Just 1 round though. Paid 2700 Baht plus your normal 500 Baht tip. I didn't try to bargain as I remember these are somewhat standard prices.
After the Plaza experience, I decided to take a walk and check out some other MPs for future references and for the brothers in the forum. First stop, Embassy. If memory serves me correctly, the prices were 1500 and 2000 for the superstars in the bowl. Selection was ok. Then, it was Halem. prices were about the same. selection was about the same. Next, Angara. Still open after all these years. The selection was probably the best out of everywhere I checked after Plaza. They have both fishbowl and sideliners. I think papasan told me 2000 for fishbowl and 2500 for sideliners. That's without any bargaining. I'm sure the prices are negotiable. Taxi driver outside was trying to get me to go to some MPs outside. He told me "J1 very good. young girls. 15, 17 year old girls." So, believe what you like from that.
I looked and looked, but didn't find Atami. My guess is that it's really really gone. I had a lot of fond memories here. After all of the times I've been to T-town and MPs, I finally made my way into Mona Lisa. I wished that they took down this place instead. The selection sucked. And the papasan seem insulted that I wasted his 2 minute time by checking out the girls without selecting one. 2000 Baht for all of the girls in the bowl. BTW, no Russians/Polish girls/non-Asian girls as discussed many moons long ago.
If you want to visit one of these MPs without paying any taxi surcharges (if any), I suggest using the subway Petchaburi station exit. All open anywhere from 12-14:00 and closes around midnight.

Last few trips been meanin to get over there, Ratchada, for a few good round in a big hot tub with 2-3 young stunners.....too too much drinking with go go and beer bar girls.
Eden girls would be nice in a large tub and big bed with upscale surroundings.... like Emmanules or Possidens.
Hit or miss as to the girls working anywhere really....just gotta be patient and look your ass off.

stopped by at Ratchada area last night and tonight. Last night, checked out Caesar, and Emmanuelle before settle for Hi-Class. Nothing good at Caesar (never have seen anything good all the times I stopped by.) There was a few ok selection at Emmanuelle. I passed initially cause I wanted to check out more MPs in the area. Then the papasan stopped me and offered one of thte model girl on the wall poster to me for 2000 Baht. He said she was in the back and not at the lounge. "Special Offer for me." Well, I said I might come back later. Went inside Hi-Class. The selection was better than either Caesar or Emmanuelle. I wanted to continue and move on initially but these 2 girls caught my eyes and kept smiling and waving at me. One was shorter and had nice tits and built. The other is taller and have nicer long legs. They seem to be friends, so, I took both. 1700 each. They got me to "the big room with big bed." It was a twin bed at about 3/4 size of a normal Poseidon room. Somewhat depressing. The facility was more like Angara than the Poseidon class MPs. Anyway, I had my fun with both. Even with 2 girls, I only got 1 shot. I kinda of knew it from the beginning so I took my time and switched back and forth as many times as I can before finishing.
Tonight, I went back to old reliable. Poseidon. The selection was not as good as the night before, but still better than all of the others. Had my fun. 2 shots. A cleaner self and a pair of shaky legs.
I've been having lots of tough luck with my choices of girls from go-go and beer bars during this trip. I think I will stay with either go to MPs or take Eden girls for LT after 22:00 for the remainder of my trip.

what is a reasonable tip for a mamasan or papasan.it seems they not happy with 40 baht when most of the time they dont do anything but irritate you...........i wont even look at nataree girls because the papas are extremely rude people.

If the Papasan "really" does help you out (and point out a winner) rather than pointing out a girl who has had little work and could use the business (so to speak) I would give them 200 Baht plus for the girls, a 500 Baht tip seems to keep them happy!

I agree, but you have to wait till after the session to judge the papasans help. If she was avaerage to useless, give him nothing.
I never usually tip a papasan, mainly because I make my own choices, never ask for help from them.
Dont feel you owe them anything, it is a reward for good help/service, if they dont help or give bad advice, give the same back, f*** all.
As for the girl, 500b has always been ok in the MPs, places like barons and angels, it is different simply because of the payment structure. At MP's you pay upfront for everything. the girl gets paid out of this, any tips are extra for her and up to you. At Barons etc, you pay only for the massage up front and any extra is up to you and what you both want to get up to.

Did I mis-read your post, or did you say you took the Subway from the Landmark to the Plaza (Cupidy) Ent. Complex? I thought the subway ran up Asoke, North that is. It seems like quite a walk from the area of Asoke & New Petchburi to the Prince Hotel area.

He said he walked from landmark to Plaza, but the subway would have been a much better and shorter, easier, quicker alternative.
Dont know how he comes to that conclusion seeing as the nearest subway is ferking miles away.

thank you MN for clearifing for me. I think the easiest way to get to the Plaza/Phetburi area MPs is to take BTS to Asoke station and take subway from there.
500 Baht seem to be a standard tip for MP girls, as well as Eden girls for me. Like others have mentioned, you may want to tip papa/mama-san 100-200 Baht after the session if it's good. They seem to be happy with that from me. I usually don't tip them unless they give me some specific help/advise.
I managed to make one more Ratchada trip before my vacation ended. Went back to Poseidon but not much good selection left that night, not even at the modeling lounge. Stopped by several other MPs before Emmanuelle. Wasn't hoping for much as I've never really seen anything good there. There were a few more ok fishbowl girls this time around but nothing that caught my eyes. Mamasan kept pushing this 1 girl from the model lounge to me in Chinese. I was going back and forth on my decision when a group of (5-8) Asians came in. Mama-san said to me, "see. see. what you want ? what you want ?" in Chinese. I took her advise and selected her. She was very energetic and fun, and servicing. She has light color skin at about 5'5 or 5'6" or so. Born and raised from Bangkok. Had a very fun and enjoyable time and finished well after the phone rang (about 15-20 minutes later.) I think her number was 24 if anyone wants to give her a try. Gave mamasan a small tip for her help.
