Maybe a dumb question, but how do the Papsans know who is a good provider and who is not ?
Is it down to which girls are giving it to him on the side ?
Is it a backhander of some kind ?
Do they test run all the girls and go from experience ? I can't imagine that being the case.
Is it based on customer complaints ?
It's not difficult to know which girls do what service, as that can be answered verbally by each girl, just curious when they indicate "This girl give good blow job" or "this girl have tight pussy" etc.

Certainly the norm in the best places, some years ago, was for the girls to be properly trained up, in every detail, by papsans there. I can tell you this made a huge difference; I'd say they were also generally brighter and fun-loving, knowing exactly what they were doing.

its the same ting ugly girls got to accept wot s thrown their way, if they want customer the hab to agree to mamasan term which is usually favorable to mama.
ugly girl hab to open ass as an incentive in order to attract customers...lol. pretty girls dont...pretty holds all the power.

So the incentive for them is the tip from the girl, or the tip from a regular customer he recomends to, I guess either way his motives are purely selfish and for personal gain (everyones gotta earn a livin) so I guess I will take the recomendations with a pinch of salt, and if I do take a recomendation why tip, the guy is already getting a tip from his girl, so i'll give a bigger tip to the girl if it was good, so she's left with more of the pie.
