There isn't really any place close. Tarawadee and Colonze are the closest places of decent quality by distance, Colonze is more of a straight shot time wise if you're driving.

Grand Inncome Hotel, 3 minutes from the airport has a funny traditional Thai/oil with fishbowl....
Last time I went there I got a good looking girl from Chiang Mai....and we got a FS all the way....
There are then several places in Bang-na area to be discovered...but there is already a thread about it "off the beaten track"

The Inncome Hotel may not be giving much away on it's website but a Thai Massage that claims to 'pamper your stiff' sounds like something worth looking into if you were in the area.
