What you want is a Traditional Thai Massage. Most people on this board are interested in something different. If you don't want sex, and are really concerned about remaining faithful to your wife, I would skip any type of massage in Thailand and teach your wife how to do it (and learn how to give her a massage). It sounds funny, but that subtlety can be the difference between a very ugly fight and a divorce.
