Nope.
There are at least 3 massage places at the airport proper. One, however is open-room foot massage. The other two have beauty/barber shops as storefronts, with cubicles for the massage service, AFAIK - HUGELY overpriced.

I researched this topic around 18 months ago. I think BKK airport is one of the very few in world at which it is posible to get an HJ/BJ. Having said that I tried a massage at the place next to the Louis Tavern and the masseuse was so ham fisted giving an ordinary massage that I had no problem declining the offer of extras (exhorbitant price as well).
The After Flight Centre at the Amari Airport is very expensive at around 100 USD, but is is very defnitely a class act.

There is really nothing else that is very practical. As Adrianjj notes there is a place off Chaeng Wattana, and the Rama Gardens Hotel has FS in the barber shop but the round trip to either of these venues is not much shorter than going into Bangkok.

Now, given that I'll be in Don Muang at noon tomorrow with 6 hours to kill prior to making my Rangoon connection. Which soapy would be a good call for the cabbie? Is the Ratchsdapisek strip best, or Petchburi Rd., or somewhere else?

OUch.... tough assignment Skip, 'cause tomorrow is a "clean" holiday (Queen's Birthday/Mother's Day) and many of the hardcore entertainment venues will be closed. The good news is that traffic should be light so you could do a round trip to Baron, which should be open. If you want to save an hour travel time, go to the barber shop at the Rama Gardens Hotel. The place has couth rooms with large tubs and you can get FS there. It's the closest turnaround from the airport. Same pricing as Baron... mamasan's name is Tip. Ask to see the girls, since about half of them will be taking the day off.....
