I too stick to the bars and the fuller relationships you can get: nothing beats a girl falling for you and showing her a blow-her-head-off time in bed.
Quick answer to why I go to the MPs first though: instant sex can be quite something and seriously fire you up when it's with one of the most fabulously beautiful girls in the history of the world who also even has a fantastic, smirking, excited attitude to the whole thing.
There is no prostitution in Thailand: relations between people aren't broken down into the stupid arbitrary categories of the West; you just meet people- it's nothing like this sick and twisted nonesense of a repressed and abusive society over here.
I'll be in Thailand on Monday and I'm getting dragged into my philosophy on this. I'm an academic by the way, lecturing in humanities at a univerisity, as well as good-looking, 33 and in excellent shape. But I'd rather go with a Thai girl any day than the dull, plain, unfeminine and awkward imitations in the UK.

Quite a few guys I know also do stick to B-bars and GG-bars cos they find the atmosphere so nice in these places. Besides the little hassle at these places you can get a nice time talking to the girl and checking her attitude before you decide to bf any of them.
The approach cited above certainly cannot be done at the MP but the girls at the MPs are certainly of better quality than the B-bars and even GG-bars IMHO. Remember that we have different taste for women and what looks good for me might be so so for you and viceversa. There is no agreed standard on rating a girl so, what we can consider a 7, 8 is very subjective.
Maybe I should mention that I realize also that most members of the farang community prefer to stick to the GG/B-bars while the local guys and the ones with Asian features find the FUN at the MPs and Hi So Clubs. Thai guys are barely seen at the GG-bars. have fun!
