A suggestion for you. If you don't mind a short walk, just stroll down Soi 3... and at the end you will come to the junction of Soi 3 and New Petchburi Road. And from there you will be able to see Plaza Entertainment. That's a pretty good massage parlor too.

Nataree and Speed are both traditional massage palors. They offer both traditional Thai massage and oil massage. Speed, for example, has more than 40-50 massage girls there. They are not as hot as girls at major bathhouses, but some of them are cute. Thai massge is a real massage and oil massage is rubbing oil on body (and if you are lucky, you get a good body to body massage). If you got nothing to do during early afternoon, these are good places to visit.
If you visit Posident, there is Copa Cabana right next door. Copa is a pretty good thai bath. You might want to check it out also.
To Kris,
Yes, the walk between Posident and Emerald Hotel is at least 30 mins. So take a taxi like BK suggested.

I got couple questions here about taking a taxi,
(1) For The Plaza, I should ask for the interception of Soi 3 and New Petchburi Road? Or the Price Hotel?
(2) What about going to Pegasys? Should I just ask for Pegasys? That area is quite difficult to find.

Taxi directions:
1) Plaza. Mention "Plaza" and "tha-non ma-ka-san" (Makasan Rd). If they give you the blank look, get another taxi. 
2) As for Pegasus, go to Soi 23 (Soi Cowboy). Pegasus is located on the next right turning (about 50 m from Soi Cowboy which is on your left).
