Seems that if you're a police officer, you get to have sex with the girls you're investigating, and then skip the bill. Either way, the interesting part to me is the information that the police is authorized to crack down on the drug trade, but that the higher-ups (seeing their onw entertainment in danger) don't seem to care as much for the sex trade.

Funny. Men in brown have been doing this as part of the "monthly contribution" of the MPs to the local Pu-Jais.
