BBBJ has rarely been much of an issue in my experience. However CIM has been pretty damn rare. I can remember only two times I was able to CIM out of maybe 30 BBBJ. Diamond necklace treatment is a no brainer, but like the old hands have already stated, this seems to be merely tolerated as part of doing business and typcially received with a rather disgusted look on the face. In many cases, the MP girls seemed truly surprised it didn't just dribble down the shaft, as they wiped it from their face and washed it out of the hair. GG and BB girls seemed to have a much better idea of what was coming (NPI), but neither was very happy about it.
Suggestions for CIM...
1. Be willing to pay more because like backdoor access, this is not something you can simply assume is included in the base price.
2. Go for the older women.
3. For the truly cheap charlie, just keep your thoughts to yourself and you can probably get at least one shot in before she's on to you.

Maybe stating the obvious but I have never had a problem raining on a girl from a BJ bar.
